Q: I had downloaded iToolSoft Video Converter, and had made a trial, how could i purchase it?
A: When you run the trial version software, you could click "purchase" 
, after you have got and filled in the register information, you could click "register"

Q: I want to know how can i modify the setting of the output files in using iToolSoft DVD Ripper(MAC), such as the size or the resolution, etc.
A: On the right side of the software interface, you can modify the "Profiles, Audio, Subtitle, Size, Quality, Output" of the output files.
Q: After added DVDs, when i click "chapter"
, all the chapters of my DVD have benn seen, can i rip any part of them only?
A: Of course you can, you can rip and convert any part of all the chapters you want by choose the right fit.
Q: I added my DVD to the iToolSoft DVD Ripper, but I am not sure to rip which part of this DVD, can I preview the DVD before the conversion?
A: On the right of the main interface, there's a small black window, you can preview your's DVDs movie in this window.
Q: I just bought a brand new Zune and a DVD from the "best buy" supermarket, I want to watch the movie on my Zune, am I allowed to do so with iToolSoft DVD Ripper?
A: Of course, the answer definitely is yes. On the right, there's a dropdown list could been seen. To move your DVDs movie onto Zune you just have to choose the Zune option, select the most suitable formats for your Zune. Then add your DVDs to the software, next click the "convert" button to active the converting mission, after then, move the files you have converted to your Zune, now enjoy the movie on your Zune!
